DailyHeat does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. Everything you log — your activities, categories, and history — lives exclusively in your browser's localStorage. We never see it. Nobody does except you.
All application data is stored locally in your browser using the Web Storage API (localStorage). This data never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data or using private/incognito mode will erase your DailyHeat history. There is no account, no sync, and no backup — by design.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people discover and use the site — things like which pages are visited and how long people stay. This data is anonymous and aggregated; it cannot be linked to an individual. Google Analytics may set its own cookies for measurement purposes. You can opt out by using a browser extension like uBlock Origin or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.
DailyHeat itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets anonymous measurement cookies as described above. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or any purpose beyond aggregate analytics.
The only third-party service integrated into DailyHeat is Google Analytics. No advertising networks, no user-tracking SDKs, no social media pixels.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to request, delete, or export on our end. To delete your DailyHeat data, simply clear your browser's local storage for this site.
